摘要
在“互联网+”时代,信息化成为社会发展的主流。年鉴编纂工作也应该充分利用先进的互联网技术,创新年鉴编纂模式,提升年鉴的出版速度。江苏省通过运用互联网技术,建设江苏省自然资源年鉴编纂信息系统,将年鉴的主办单位、参编单位、年鉴出版单位有机串联起来,年鉴的稿件征集、编辑加工、分纂、总纂等编纂全过程可在同一平台上实现。这不仅节省了年鉴编纂的经济成本,而且也使编纂的时效性大大提高。年鉴编辑必须用互联网思维统领编辑工作,让互联网、大数据等技术与年鉴编纂跨界融合,实现年鉴从纸质版向电子版、网络版、移动客户端等演变。在此基础上,运用大数据分析等技术手段,向社会、用户推送和出版优质的年鉴。
In the“Internet+”era,informatization has become the mainstream of social development.Yearbook compilation work should also make full use of advanced Internet technology,innovate the yearbook compilation model,and speed up the publication time limit of the yearbook.Through the use of Internet technology,the compilation information system of the Jiangsu Natural Resources Yearbook will be constructed,which will organically connect the yearbook’s sponsoring units,participating units,and yearbook publishing units will be implemented on the same platform.This not only saves the economic cost of yearbook compilation,but also greatly improves the timeliness of compilation.Yearbook editors must use Internet thinking to guide their editing work,integrate technologies such as the Internet and big data with yearbook compilation,and realize the evolution of yearbooks from paper editions to electronic editions,online editions,and mobile clients.On this basis,using big data analysis and other technical means,push and publish high-quality yearbooks to the society and users.
