摘要
基于新电改优质服务的重要性,阐述供电营业厅的服务水平现状、存在的问题,提出优化服务的策略,从而以技术手段服务客户,不断创新营业的服务模式。
Based on the importance of high quality service in the new electricity reform,this paper expounds the service level status and existing problems of power supply business hall,and puts forward the strategy of optimizing service,so as to serve customers with technical means and innovate business service mode continuously.
