摘要
提出一种基于LTCC工艺的新型拓扑结构集总参数1800环形电桥,该器件采用少量集总元件实现了30%的带宽,利用多层交指电容和垂直螺旋电感有效地减小了系统尺寸。本文基于等效π和T型集总模型环形电桥实现了1800相移和功率等分。最终制作器件样品尺寸为5.3mm×6.3mm×0.88mm,仅为常规分布参数电桥尺寸的2.27%,实现了器件小型化。
In this paper,a new topology structure is proposed by using the lumped circuit model with Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic(LTCC)technology to design 180 Hybrid Coupler that not only with a small amount of lumped elements to achieve 30%of the bandwidth,but also make full use of the advantages of the LTCC technology to effectively reduce the system size with the embedded interdigital capacitance and vertical spiral inductor.The ring bridge topology proposed in this paper uses the T andπlumped equivalent circuit instead of the transmission line to realize the power divider with 180 degree arbitrary output power ratio.The size of the circuit is 5.3 mm×6.3 mm×0.88 mm,only 2.27%of conventional distributed circuit,the relative bandwidth is about 30%,which has a certain bandwidth,combined with LTCC technology to achieve miniaturization.
