摘要
基于钙钛矿氧化物材料作为一种新型的电子功能性材料,阐述钙钛矿型稀土镍酸盐RNiO_(3)体系的结构、电学性质的物理特点以及研究进展。
Based on perovskite oxide as a new type of electronic functional materials,the structure,electrical properties,physical characteristics and research progress of perovskite type rare earth nitrates RNiO_(3)system are described in this paper.
