摘要
基于校园文化建设的案例分析,阐述个性塑造、综合素质、能力提升的重要作用。结合西藏职业技术学院英语社团建设的状况,探讨职业教育中的英语社团建设实践,存在的问题与改进的措施。
Based on the case analysis of campus culture construction,this paper expounds the important role of personality shaping,comprehensive quality and ability promotion.Combined with the situation of English community construction in Tibet vocational and technical college,it discusses the practice,existing problems and improvement measures of English community construction in vocational education.
