摘要
分析表明,随着人工智能技术的发展,智能客服应运而生,被众多企业应用于客户服务。智能客服能够为客户提供方便的服务,同时为企业节省成本。以通信行业为例,探讨了通信行业智能客服的应用情况和必要性,通信行业智能客服存在的问题,提出通信行业智能客服的优化策略。
The analysis shows that with the development of artificial intelligence technology,intelligent customer service came into being and is applied to customer service by many enterprises.Intelligent customer service can provide convenient services for customers and save costs for enterprises.Taking the communication industry as an example,this paper discusses the application and necessity of intelligent customer service in the communication industry,the existing problems of intelligent customer service in the communication industry,and puts forward the optimization strategy of intelligent customer service in the communication industry.
