摘要
吉尔伯特单元的模拟乘法器应用于各类通信系统。基于40V双极型工艺设计了一款模拟乘法器线性补偿结构,经过仿真分析,所述结构可工作在3~15V电源电压区间,且对吉尔伯特单元线性补偿结果良好,同时还可改善吉尔伯特单元的温度特性。
The analog multiplier based on Gilbert unit is widely used in various communication systems.This paper designs an analog multiplier linear compensation structure based on a 40 V bipolar process.After simulation analysis,the structure described in this paper can work with a 3 V~15 V power supply voltage,and has a good linear compensation result for the Gilbert unit,and it can also improve temperature characteristics of Gilbert cell.
