摘要
阐述超声波加工宝玉石小孔的试验,探讨打孔机的电流、频率、手持工件控制压力、工具、金刚砂和水的比例等因素对去除率和质量的影响,提出避免断针和崩边的措施。
This paper expounds the experiment of ultrasonic machining precious jade small hole,discusses the influence of punch current,frequency,hand-held workpiece control pressure,tool,proportion of emery and water on removal rate and quality,and puts forward the measures to avoid needle breakage and edge collapse.
