摘要
大气排放阀作为核电机组热停堆工况下控制蒸汽管道压力的重要调节阀门,对确保机组运行的安全性有着重要影响,在机组大幅度降负荷时意外关闭将直接导致停机停堆。结合福清核电厂大气排放阀的控制逻辑、控制原理,对福清核电机组大气排放阀未设计无扰切换功能以及质量位的设计缺陷进行分析,介绍了无扰切换、质量位的基本概念,采用修改非安全级控制系统(IA)、安全级控制系统(Tricon)组态的方法对阀门控制进行逻辑改进优化,在核电机组进行实践验证,提高了大气排放阀调节的可靠性。
As an important regulating valve for controlling the steam pipeline pressure under the thermal shutdown condition, the atmospheric discharge valve has an important influence on ensuring the safety of the Nuclear unit operation, the unexpected shutdown will directly lead to the shutdown of steam turbine and the shutdown of reactor when the unit is greatly reduced in load. Based on the control logic and principle of the air exhaust valve of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant, this paper analyzes the design defects of the Air Exhaust Valve of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant, such as the function of no-disturbance switching and the quality level. This paper introduces the basic concepts of non-interference switching and quality level, and adopts the method of modifying DCS and KCS configuration to optimize the logic of valve control, and carries out practical verification in nuclear power plant,which improves the reliability of air exhaust valve regulation.
