摘要
通过对概率安全分析专业的业务流程的梳理,结合概率安全分析专业设计管理的特点,提出了概率安全分析专业数字化平台的框架,并针对内部事件PSA开发了FMEA功能模块、图形化建模模块和定性分析模块,灾害PSA开发了相应的辅助分析模块,实现了概率安全分析专业内部事件PSA和灾害PSA全要素的数字化。通过数据科学治理、数据分析建模,使数据在平台内流通起来,从而保证概率安全分析专业的业务流程和设计管理数据的闭环可追溯,同时通过提出的概率安全辅助分析模块,提高概率安全分析的设计质量和设计效率,减少人力成本,有利于概率安全分析专业水平提升与知识经验体系建设。
By summarizing the business process of probabilistic safety analysis and combing the characteristics of design and management in probabilistic safety analysis,this paper proposes a framework for a digital platform for probabilistic safety analysis and develops FEMA functional modules,graphical modeling modules,and qualitative analysis modules for internal event PSA.Corresponding auxiliary analysis modules are also developed for disaster PSA.Digitalization of all elements of internal event PSA and disaster PSA in the field of probabilistic safety analysis has been achieved.Through data science governance and data analysis modeling,data can circulate within the platform,ensuring the closed-loop traceability of business processes and design management data in the field of probabilistic security analysis.At the same time,the proposed probabilistic security auxiliary analysis module can improve the design quality and efficiency of probabilistic security analysis,reduce labor costs,and facilitate the improvement of the professional level of probabilistic security analysis and the construction of knowledge and experience systems.
