摘要
针对水下发射装备实航可靠性指标考核存在样本量少、湖海发射试验成本高的问题,提出了一种基于多源变环境信息融合的实航可靠性评价方法。通过对研制及定型过程中的各类样本信息进行分析整合,利用环境折合因子对各类环境下的试验信息进行多源融合,得到了基于融合模型下的考核信息,并举例对水下装备实航可靠性进行综合评价,说明了评价方法的可行性,可为其他相似工况产品的实航可靠性考核提供参考与思路。
Aiming at the problems of small sample size and high cost of launching test in lakes and seas in the actual flight reliability index assessment of underwater launch equipment,an actual flight reliability evaluation method based on multi-source variable environment information fusion is proposed.Through the analysis and integration of various sample information in the process of development and finalization,the multi-source fusion of test information under various environments is carried out by using environmental conversion factor,and the assessment information under the fusion model is obtained.The actual flight reliability of underwater equipment is evaluated comprehensively through examples,and the feasibility of the evaluation method is illustrated,which can provide references and ideas for the actual flight reliability assessment of other products under similar working conditions.
