摘要
超标准设计管壳式换热器管板时,常采用管板应力分析法,即采用三维实体模型有限元软件分析。由于换热管数量较多,而模型关键部件网格要求以六面体为主,且沿厚度方向不少于三层,导致有限元单元和节点数量较多,除施加边界条件困难外,计算时间也较长,因此只需考虑换热管对管板的加强与削弱即可。采用当量实心板计算管板应力,既降低难度,又能提高效率,也不影响计算结果精度,可供业内专家使用参考。
When the tubesheet of tubular heat exchanger is designed beyond the standard,the tubesheet stress analysis method is often used,that is,the three-dimensional solid model finite element software is used for analysis.Due to the large number of heat exchange tubes and certain requirements for model grid density,there are a large number of finite elements and nodes.In addition to the difficulty of applying boundary conditions,the calculation time also lasts long,and it is not necessary to calculate the stress in the heat exchange tubes,Therefore,the heat exchange tube can be simplified and the equivalent solid plate can be used to calculate the tubesheet stress,which not only reduces the difficulty,but also improves the efficiency,but also does not affect the accuracy of the calculation results,It can be used as a reference for industry experts.
