摘要
目的比较心电图平板运动试验与动态心电图诊断冠心病的价值。方法选取2018年4月至2019年5月南阳市中心医院90例疑诊冠心病患者,将其分为两组。对照组45例,进行动态心电图检查;观察组45例,进行心电图平板运动试验。以冠状动脉造影检查结果为金标准,分析两种诊断方式的灵敏度、准确度、特异度,同时比较两种诊断方式的单支病变、多支病变检出率。结果心电图平板运动试验诊断冠心病的敏感度(83.78%)、准确度(80.00%)明显高于动态心电图(61.29%,55.56%,P<0.05)。观察组患者冠状动脉单支、多支病变及总诊断率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心电图平板运动试验诊断冠心病的效能明显高于动态心电图,具有推广价值。
Objective To compare the value of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test and dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety patients with suspected coronary heart disease in Nanyang Central Hospital from April 20 to May 2019 were divided into two groups.In the control group,45 patients underwent dynamic electrocardiogram examination;45 patients in the observation group underwent electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test.The sensitivity,accuracy and specificity of the two diagnostic methods were analyzed based on the results of coronary angiography,and the detection rates of single vessel lesions and multiple vessel lesions were compared between the two diagnostic methods.Results The sensitivity(83.78%)and accuracy(80.00%)of electrocardiogram treadmill exercise test for coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those of dynamic electrocardiogram(61.29%,55.56%,P<0.05).The single coronary artery lesion diagnostic rate and multiple coronary artery lesions diagnostic rate and total diagnostic rate in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The diagnostic effect of treadmill exercise test on coronary heart disease is obviously higher than that of dynamic electrocardiogram,which has popularization value.
