摘要
我国农村居住建筑存在建筑能耗高、居住舒适性差的特点。随着新农村建设的推进,农村居住建筑节能设计越来越重要。针对徐州农村地区建筑外墙、门窗及屋面等围护结构采取的保温隔热措施,以及采暖及生活用能等现状进行调查。分析该地区农村居住建筑所存在的建筑节能缺陷,为新农村建设建筑节能设计方案优化提供依据。
High energy-consumption and low comfortability are common disadvantage for the rural residential buildings.With the advancement of new rural construction,energy-saving design of rural residential building becomes more and more important.The rural residential buildings in Xuzhou are investigated on energy-saving enclosure structures such as exterior walls,doors and windows,heating and energy consumption in daily life,etc.This paper analyses and summarizes the defects of building energy saving.The rationale is provided for proposing building energy-saving design scheme in new rural construction in the future.
