摘要 针对近零能耗建筑中外墙保温层过厚的问题,提出有机材料石墨聚苯板(SEPS)及无机材料真空绝热板(VIP)复合使用的外墙外保温系统,并详细说明了该系统的构造、施工工艺流程及操作要点。同时,采用Ptemp对该外保温系统的保温性能进行了仿真计算,并与石墨聚苯板外墙外保温系统进行对比,结果发现该系统通过更薄的保温层厚度实现了更好的保温隔热效果,为近零能耗建筑中外墙外保温系统的选择提供了新的思路。 In order to solve the problem that the insulation layer of the external wall is too thick in the nearly zero energy buildings,this study proposes an external thermal insulation system that combines the organic material( graphite polystyrene board) and the inorganic material( vacuum insulation board). The structure,construction process and operation points of the system are described in detail. Meanwhile,the thermal insulation performance of organic-inorganic SEPS-VIP composite exterior insulation system is simulated by Ptemp. By comparing with the graphite polystyrene board external thermal insulation system,the organic-inorganic composite external thermal insulation system can achieve better thermal insulation through the thinner insulation layer thickness,which provides a new idea to select an external thermal insulation system for nearly zero energy building.
