摘要
以α高强石膏为原料,H2O2为发泡剂,MnO2为催化剂,采用化学催化的方法产生的O2来制备发泡石膏,并在制备过程中掺入一定量的聚丙烯纤维来提高发泡石膏的强度。试验研究了发泡剂H2O2、PP(聚丙烯)纤维对发泡石膏材料的干密度、抗压强度、导热系数等性能的影响。
Using a gypsum as raw material and H2 O2 as chemical foaming agent,O2 is foamed under the action of catalyst MnO2.A certain amount of polypropylene fiber is blended.The effects of foaming agent and cellulose ether on the density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foamed gypsum materials are studied experimentally.
