空调外机百叶罩S型叶片最佳叶型及倾斜角度研究

摘要 为了保护空调外机及保证建筑物外立面的美观性,空调外机通常被百叶罩围挡起来,但也会因此影响外机的散热,造成空调整机性能的下降,增加能耗。S型叶片的百叶罩具有通风性能好、防尘效果强、美观等优点,采用CFD软件对外机周围的气流环境进行了模拟分析,研究了S型叶片叶型的最佳参数及叶片倾斜角度。结果表明,弧段比为1∶2∶1的叶型具有更好的通风性能,且随着倾斜角度的增加,百叶罩通风性能降低,最佳倾斜角度在30°~35°之间。 In order to protect the external unit of air conditioner,and ensure the aesthetics of the building facade,the external unit is usually enclosed by a louver,which can affect the heat dissipation of the external machine,resulting in the decline of the air conditioning performance,and increasing energy consumption.The S-type blade louver features for good ventilation,good dustproof and beautiful appearance.The airflow environment around the external machine is simulated and analyzed with CFD,and the optimal parameters and optimal tilt angle of the S-shaped blade are studied.The results show that the airfoil with an arc ratio of 1∶2∶1 has better ventilation performance,and with the tilt angle increases,the ventilation performance of the louver decreases,the best tilt angle is between 30°~35°.
