摘要
风险管理指的是为达到项目风险管理的目标,应对建设工程施工过程中的风险进行识别、应对、弱化、规避、转移。风险管理的目的就是让项目的效益更大化,以及经济和社会的负面影响最小化。实际建设活动往往存在庞大、复杂、不确定因素较多的情况,这些因素都会增加风险管理的难度。本文主要针对某地铁不停运改造及新建项目在施工过程中面临的风险,以及对风险管理的相关措施和最终管理的效果进行简单介绍。
Risk management refers to the identification,response,weakening,avoidance,and transfer of risks in the construction process,so as to achieve the goal of project risk management.The purpose of risk management is to maximize the benefits of the project,minimize the negative impact of economic and social.The actual construction activities often have large,complex,and uncertain factors,which will increase the difficulty of risk management.In this paper,the risks faced by a subway non-stop reconstruction and new construction projects in the construction process,as well as the relevant measures of risk management and the effect of final management are introduced.
