摘要
大庆炼化公司炼油生产二部催化裂化装置的气压机富气系统管线多次出现腐蚀泄漏,由于介质为易燃易爆介质,压缩机在生产过程中起着不可缺少的作用,所以富气管线的多次泄漏严重影响装置安全平稳运行。经分析确认,泄漏主要原因是硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂。文章对硫化氢腐蚀的形成、腐蚀发生的部位、腐蚀机理等方面进行了详细分析,并提出了腐蚀防护措施。
Corrosion leakage occurred many times in the gas rich system pipeline of the two catalytic cracking unit of Daqing Refining and Chemical Company.Because the medium is flammable and explosive,the compressor plays an indispensable role in the production process.Therefore,the multiple leakage of gas-rich pipeline seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the device.The main reason of leakage is hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking.In this paper,the formation of hydrogen sulfide corrosion,the location of corrosion,corrosion mechanism and other aspects are analyzed in detail,and corrosion protection measures are put forward.
