摘要
某油田注水井洗井现阶段主要采用罐车拉运的方式,这种洗井方式洗井过程不连续,洗井不彻底。为解决注水井洗井问题,减少因洗井不彻底导致的井况异常,根据生产需求,结合安全环保要求,开展了移动式洗井车的试验。试验结果表明,移动式洗井车可实现连续循环洗井,就地回注,而且处理后水中含油、悬浮物大幅度降低,适合外围油田注水井洗井要求。
At present,the water injection well washing in an Oilfield is mainly carried by tank truck,which has discontinuous well washing process and incomplete well washing.In order to solve the problem of well washing in water injection well and reduce the abnormal well condition caused by incomplete well washing,according to the production demand,combined with the safety and environmental protection requirements.The test results show that the mobile well washing vehicle can realize continuous circulating well washing and on site injection,and the oil content and suspended matter in the water after treatment are greatly reduced.
