基于无人机非线性飞行载荷设计模块的集成化和流程化研究

摘要 飞行载荷设计存在环节复杂且关系松散,设计软件种类众多,但数据接口不一,模块化和流程化程度低等,大大增加了设计周期。文中基于无人机非线性飞行载荷设计,分析、梳理和整合了整个飞行载荷设计过程,进行了载荷功能环节模块化和重用化设计,固化了典型的设计流程,设计搭建了具有人机交互界面的飞行载荷设计系统原型。通过对飞行载荷设计的模块化和流程研究,构建了工程经验模块化、工具软件集成化、计算流程规范化的研发模式,极大提高了飞行载荷设计效率。 The design of flight load is complicated and loosely related;there are many type of design software which has different data interfaces.Those software is of low modularity and low process standardization,which greatly increases the design cycle.Based on the non-linear flight load design of UAV,this paper analyzes and integrates the entire flight load design process,carries out the modularization and reuse design of the load function parts,solidifies the typical design flow,and a prototype of the flight load design system with a human-computer interaction interface is built.Through the modularization and process research of the flight load design,the R&D mode of modularization of engineering experience,integration of tool software,standardization of calculation process is constructed,which greatly improved the flight load design efficiency.
