摘要
目的通过检测分析神经性皮炎患者血清中的锌(Zn)含量,探讨神经性皮炎患者与血清锌(Zn)含量之间的关系,为神经性皮炎患者的诊断和治疗提供新思路。方法选取我院就诊的神经性皮炎患者33例作为观察组,同时选取健康体检者41例作为对照组。检测两组患者血清中锌(Zn)的含量,分析两组之间的统计学差异。结果神经性皮炎患者血清锌(Zn)含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清锌含量可能与神经性皮炎相关。
objective To explore the relationship between the serum zinc(Zn)content and the patients with Neurodermatitis by detecting and analyzing the zinc content in the serum of patients with Neurodermatitis,and to provide a new way for diagnosis and treatment of Neurodermatitis patients.Methods To selecte 33 patients with Neurodermatitis as observation group and 41 healthy physical examination were selected as control group.The serum zinc(Zn)content of the two groups was measured and the statistical difference between the two groups was analyzed.results The serum zinc content of patients with Neurodermatitis was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).conclusion The serum zinc content may be related to Nneurodermatitis.
