摘要
目的综合护理干预应用于类风湿关节炎患者对其心理障碍、疼痛的影响分析。方法选择2020年1月至2020年4月治疗的患者80名,对照组(40例)传统护理,观察组(40例)综合护理干预,观察心理障碍、疼痛评分。结果观察组心理障碍、疼痛恢复更好,P<0.05。结论对类风湿关节炎患者进行综合护理干预,效果较好,可以消除不良情绪,缓解疼痛,值得推广应用。
Objective Select 80 patients who were treated from January 2020 to April 2020,the control group(40 cases)traditional nursing,the observation group(40 cases)comprehensive nursing intervention,and the psychological disorders and pain scores were observed.Result The observation group had better recovery from psychological disorders and pain,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with rheumatoid arthritis has good results,can eliminate bad mood and relieve pain,and is worthy of popularization and application.
