摘要
目的探讨芪龙胶囊在急性脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的96例恢复期脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用氢氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用芪龙胶囊治疗。两组均用药4周。比较两组的临床疗效、血液流变学指标与炎症反应指标,统计不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用芪龙胶囊治疗急性脑梗死恢复期患者的效果良好,可改善患者血液流变学指标及炎症反应指标,且用药安全性高。
Objective Exploring the application effect of Qilong capsules in patients with acute cerebral infarction in the recovery period.Methods A total of 96 patients with recovered cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydroclopidogrel,and the observation group was treated with Qilong capsules in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,hemorheological indicators,and inflammatory response indicators between two groups,and statistics on the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than the control group's 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity levels than the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1,and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of incidence rates of adverse reactions between two groups,the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Qilong capsules in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction in the recovery period has a good effect,which can improve the hemorheological and inflammatory response indicators of patients,and has high medication safety.
