采煤机截齿磨损特性 被引量:4

摘要 为研究不同工况参数对采煤机截齿磨损特性的影响,采用离散元(EDEM)软件建立采煤机截齿磨损模型,利用三因素三水平正交试验方法分析截齿转速、截齿安装角、截齿齿尖尖角对法向与切向累积接触力、法向与切向累积接触能量、截齿磨损深度、破煤率的影响.以截齿磨损深度、煤层剩余质量为定性评价指标,通过求解得到截齿最佳工作组合.研究结果表明:转速为50r/min、截齿齿尖尖角为80°、截齿安装角为50°,截齿工作性能最佳. In order to study the influence of different working conditions on the wear characteristics of shearer pick,the discrete element(EDEM)software is used to establish the wear model of shearer pick,and the three-level and three factor orthogonal test method is used to analyze the pick speed,pick installation angle,pick tip angle to normal and tangential cumulative contact force,normal and tangential cumulative contact energy,and pick wear depth.The research results show that working performance of the pick is the best when the rotating speed is 50 r/min,the tip angle of the pick is 80°and the installation angle of the pick is 50°.
