三电平APF中功率开关管与箝位二极管开路故障诊断

摘要 为解决三相三线制三电平有源电力滤波器系统中绝缘栅双极型晶体管与箝位二极管开路故障诊断问题,提出一种基于桥臂输出电压和输出电流分析的诊断方法.诊断过程中对所需检测的元件进行区域划分,通过构造诊断变量,来判断故障所在区域,再通过诊断变量的构造,识别出故障区域内的故障元件.研究结果表明:该方法能够在以采样周期为量级的时间内实时检测和定位所有功率开关和箝位二极管中的多个开路故障,在APF不同运行条件下仿真,结果证明所提出的诊断方法的适用性和准确性. In order to solve the problem of open circuit fault diagnosis of IGBT and clamp diode in three-phase three wire three-level Active Power Filter(APF)system,a diagnosis method based on the analysis of output voltage and output current of bridge arm is proposed.In the process of diagnosis,the region of fault is determined by constructing diagnostic variables.Then through the construction of diagnostic variables,the fault components in the fault area are identified.The research results show that the method can be used to detect and locate multiple open circuit faults in all power switches and clamping diodes in real time with sampling period as the order of magnitude.The simulation results under different operating conditions of APF prove the applicability and accuracy of the proposed diagnosis method.
