摘要
分别用保险粉(连二亚硫酸钠)还原法和浓氨水浸渍法对深色毛织物进行褪色,并通过显微镜观察褪色后纤维的颜色和鳞片结构,对褪色工艺和褪色效果进行了讨论和比较。结果表明:保险粉还原法对深色毛织物的褪色效果显著,但褪色不均匀;浓氨水法褪色效果较差,但褪色效果均匀。
Two different discoloring methods, such as the reduction method of safety powder(sodium hydrosulfite) and the impregnation method of concentrated ammonia, for the dark wool fabrics, were discussed. The discoloring process and discoloration effect were compared by means of microscope observing fiber color and flakes structure. The results showed that the method of safety powder(sodium hydrosulfite) had strong discoloration effect with bad fading uniformity, while the impregnation method of concentrated ammonia had weaker discoloration effect with good fading uniformity.
