摘要
提出了一种基于模糊多目标规划法的农村征地补偿金模型,充分考虑被征地者的财务状况、子女支出等约束条件,结合农村征地补偿金现状,在多目标下给出最佳的农村征地补偿金决策建议,能够保证在不同的决策变量约束条件下,动态调整各个决策变量的参数,获得全局最优的解,达到最高的满意度。从案例分析的结果来看,考虑到广东省某地区不同农村家庭的月收入和支出情况,政府规划者需要给出高于最低标准的农村征地补偿金97.0万元,才能保证农民生活的满意度。
A fuzzy multi-objective planning method is proposed,which takes full account of the financial situation of the land expropriated,children’s expenditure and other constraints,combined with the compensation for land acquisition in rural areas,the best decision-making suggestions for compensation for land acquisition in rural areas under the multi-objective are given.It is suggested that it is possible to dynamically adjust the parameters of each decision variable under the constraints of different decision variables to obtain the global optimal solution and achieve the highest satisfaction.From the results of the case analysis,considering the monthly income and expenditure of different rural families in a certain area of Guangdong province,the government planners need to give a rural land compensation of 970000 yuan above the minimum standard to ensure the satisfaction of farmers’lives.
