摘要
研究不同时间和程度优化结构对中部叶化学成分、外观质量、评吸质量和经济效益的影响。结果表明,打顶后3 d打掉下部叶5片可提高烟叶产量,烘烤后烟叶外观质量较好;打顶后5 d打掉下部叶5片更有利于烟叶产值提高,中部叶评吸较好,体现在香气好、劲头适宜、杂气轻、口感好;打顶后5 d打掉下部叶6片更有利于烟叶外观性状提高,中部叶烟碱含量高。打顶后3 d打掉下部叶6片,中部叶烟碱含量和糖含量较好,糖碱比较协调;打顶后3 d优化结构对中部烟叶的颜色、叶片结构、成熟度、油分较好。在身份和色度上,打掉下部叶5片比6片好。
Effects of different time and degree of structure optimization on chemical composition,appearance quality,smoking quality and economic benefits of cutters of flue-cured tobacco were studied.The results showed that it could increase the yield of cured leaves under the conditions of 3 days after topping and removing 5 lugs,and the appearance quality of flue cured tobacco leaves was better.5 days after topping,5 lugs were removed,which was more conducive to increase the output value,appearance quality,nicotine content and the cutters had better smoking quality which showed good aroma,suitable strength,light miscellaneous gas and good taste.5 days after topping,6 lower leaves were better for appearance quality of tobacco leaves,and nicotine content in middle leaves was higher.3 days after topping and 6 lugs were removed,the nicotine content and sugar content of cutters were better,and the ratio of sugar to nicotine was coordinated.3 days after topping,color,structure,maturity and oil of cutters were better.In terms of identity and color,5 leaves were better than 6 leaves.
