摘要
从湖北省某猪场分离到一株猪链球菌,通过细菌培养、革兰氏染色镜检、16S rRNA序列比对、荚膜多糖抗原血清分型等方法鉴定分离菌株为猪链球菌2型,命名为SS2-XY202021。分离菌株的毒力基因型为mrp-epf-sly+orf2+fbps+gapdh+89k+。药敏试验结果表明,分离菌株对利福平敏感;对氟苯尼考、头孢噻肟中度敏感;对氯霉素、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、四环素、多西环素、青霉素G、红霉素、万古霉素、克林霉素、磺胺甲恶唑和利奈唑胺12种药物耐药。通过PCR扩增耐药基因,结果表明,分离菌株携带四环素类抗性基因tetO与大环内酯类抗性基因ermB、ermTR。
A strain of Streptococcus suis was isolated from a pig farm in Hubei Province.The isolated strain was identified as Streptococcus suis type 2 and named SS2-XY202021 by bacterial culture,Gram staining microscopy,16S rRNA sequence comparison,and capsular polysaccharide antigen serotype.The virulence genotype of the isolates was mrp-epf-sly+orf2+fbps+gapdh+89k+.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolates were sensitive to rifampicin.It was moderately sensitive to florfenicol and cefotaxime.It was resistant to 12 drugs,including chloramphenicol,enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin,tetracycline,doxycycline,penicillin G,erythromycin,vancomycin,clindamycin,sulfamethoxazole and linezolid.The results of PCR amplification showed that the isolates carried tetracycline resistance genes tetO and macrolide resistance genes ermB and ermTR.
