茄二十八星瓢虫在茄子叶片上的抓附力研究

摘要 利用“斜坡法”对茄二十八星瓢虫(Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata)在茄子叶片上的抓附力进行研究,为进一步研发和利用气流控制技术防治农业害虫提供技术参数。结果表明,茄二十八星瓢虫成虫、4龄幼虫、3龄幼虫的最大抓附力分别为66.4±2.5 mN、29.5±2.2 mN和18.8±2.3 mN。不同坡度、不同虫态以及不同处理方式的茄二十八星瓢虫抓附力存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)的差异。部分试验处理的茄二十八星瓢虫的抓附力与其体重显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)相关。茄二十八星瓢虫各虫态的抓附力/虫体体重范围为39.9~320.4,体重占抓附力的0.3%~2.5%。 The holding capability of Henosepilachna vigintioctopunctata to eggplant leaves were studied using“slope method”,in order to provide references for the pneumatic control technology to be developed and used in prevention and control of agricultural pests in China.The results showed that the maximum holding force of adult,4thlarvae and 3rdlarvae of H.vigintioctopunctata was 66.4±2.5mN,29.5±2.2 mN and 18.8±2.3 mN,respectively.The difference of holding force to H.vigintioctopunctata among difference tangle,among different stages,and among the various tests were significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01).Correlation coefficients of the mass of the beetle to holding force at some tests were significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01).Mean holding force/weight ratio for adult,4thlarvae and 3rdlarvae were 39.9~320.4.The mass of the beetle accounted for 0.3%~2.5%of holding force.
