摘要
所谓教学资源是指现存条件下学校和教育者为了更好地服务教育业、使教育活动更为顺畅地进行所具备的基础设施和教育条件的总和。思想政治教育是高校育人事业的重要组成部分,但就目前而言,其资源的配置仍具有集中性不强、可利用性较弱等问题。本文从研究高校思想政治教育资源分配的现状出发,分析探究资源配置局限性背后的深层次原因,并提出相对应的解决方案。
The so-called teaching resources refer to the sum of infrastructure and educational conditions that schools and educators have in order to better serve the education industry and make educational activities more smoothly under the existing conditions.Ideological and political education is an important part of the cause of educating people in higher colleges,but at present,the allocation of resources still has some problems,such as weak centralization,weak availability and so on.Starting from the study of the present situation of resource allocation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper analyses the deep-seated reasons behind the limitations of resource allocation,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
