摘要
冠状病毒分布广泛、变异快、流行性高、遗传多样性大,由于频繁的跨物种感染,新的冠状病毒可能在人类中周期性出现。目前对于冠状病毒感染仍没有有效的特异性治疗药物及疫苗。本文对抗病毒药物在冠状病毒感染中的研究进展作一综述,以便为临床治疗冠状病毒感染及尽早开发出特异性抗病毒药物提供理论依据及参考。
Coronaviruses are widely distributed,rapidly mutated,highly prevalent and highly genetic diverse.Due to frequent cross species infection,new coronaviruses may appear periodically in human beings.At present,there is no effective specific treatment drug and vaccine for coronavirus infection.In order to provide theoretical basis and reference for clinical treatment of coronavirus infection and early development of specific antiviral drugs,this paper reviews the research progress of antiviral drugs in coronavirus infection.
