摘要
目的:了解男性精液检查时射精障碍的发生率及其风险因素。方法:选取在武汉大学中南医院生殖医学中心和华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院生殖医学中心进行精液检查的184名男性。收集的资料包括年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、学历、结婚时间、不孕时间、是否吸烟、不孕类型(原发或继发)、不孕原因、治疗的经济负担、抑郁状况以及在精液检查当天是否发生射精障碍。采用一般情况问卷和流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)对其进行问卷调查。采用描述性分析了解发生射精障碍的情况和逻辑回归分析射精障碍相关的风险因素。结果:男性精液常规检查手淫取精时,有12(7.2%)名男性出现射精障碍,其相关的风险因素是BMI(OR=1.45,95%CI=1.10~1.91)和治疗的经济负担(OR=0.20,95%CI=0.05~0.82)。结论:BMI和治疗的经济负担是射精失败的风险因素。
Objective:To describe the prevalence and risk factors for ejaculation failure of the men undergoing semen routine examination.Methods:A prospective study of 184 men undergoing semen routine examination at Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University and Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The subjects were surveyed on age,BMI,education,duration of marriage,duration of infertility,smoking,type of infertility,infertility causes,financial burden from the treatment,depression and whether ejaculation failure happened during obtaining sperm samples by masturbation on the day of semen routine examination.Their symptoms of depression were measured with use of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies of Depression Scale(CESD).Logistic regression models were used to identify risk factors for ejaculation failure.Results:On the day of semen routine examination,there were 12(7.2%)men had ejaculation failure.The risk factors for ejaculation failure were BMI(OR=1.45,95%CI:1.10-1.91)and financial burden from the treatment(OR=0.20,95%CI:0.05-0.82).Conclusion:BMI and financial burden from the treatment are associated with an increased risk for ejaculation failure of the men undergoing semen routine examination.
