摘要
脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)作为一种低消耗、低风险及非侵入性辅助手段在软骨修复再生治疗中极具应用潜力。近年来,有关脉冲电磁场对软骨生物效应影响的相关研究极大地丰富了人们对该领域的认识,本文将主要就脉冲电磁场对软骨的生物效应机制假说及实现途径和形式、动物及人体试验研究结果以及磁场刺激参数优化方向等相关内容作出综述及讨论。
As a low-cost,low-risk,and non-invasive assistant therapy,pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMFs)takes great potential in cartilage repair and regeneration.In recent years,the research on the artilage biological effect of PEMFs has greatly enriched researchers′understanding.This paper mainly reviewed and discussed the hypothesis of the biological effect mechanism of PEMFs on cartilage,the pathway to realize it,the results of animal and human clinical experiments,and the future direction of PEMFs stimulation parameter optimization.
