摘要
X荧光分析(XRF)技术在线测量煤炭中元素浓度时,煤粉粗糙、不均匀的表面及粒度的大小引起测量距离的改变导致测量的准确性受到影响。为解决上述问题,通过数学建模计算出距离变化与XRF测量过程的函数关系,结合实验结果探究XRF在线测量单元与测量点距离变化的影响。实验结果显示,在一定的距离范围内,元素特征X荧光强度与距离存在良好的线性关系。基于此线性关系建立了距离修正方法,并利用激光测距仪对相同元素含量不同颗粒度煤样的测量,对距离修正方法进行验证。结果表明,利用该距离修正方法后,XRF在线实验平台可显著提高元素的在线测量准确度。
Using X-ray fluorescence(XRF)technology to measure the elements concentration in coal online,the measurement accuracy is affected by the coal uneven surface and the particle size.In order to improve the accuracy of element concentration measurement,a novel distance correction method was established elaborated by iteration,which was based on the linear relationship between the XRF intensity and the distance within a certain range.In order to verify the effectiveness of this method,different particle size coal samples with same components have been measured by the online XRF analyzer with a laser rangefinder.After applying the distance correction method,the results showed that the accuracy of online XRF measurement was significantly increased.
