摘要
经对澳大利亚和我国履行《2006年海事劳工公约》的措施进行比较研究,澳大利亚形成的履约文件体系以及海员上船要求与职业发展、海员生活服务和社会保障、成员国保障责任等方面的措施可资我国借鉴。
As comparing the performance measures of Maritime Labour Convention,2006 in Australia and those in China,the measures relating to the requirements for seafarers to work on a ship and career development,life services and social security protection,state security responsibilities etc.in Australia have the value for reference in China.
