摘要
为解决中国核电统建生产管理信息系统(N1-EAM)运维过程中产生的运维人力成本高、运维效率低、无法提供性能支撑能力数据等问题,本研究结合鹰眼平台(EMS)的设计过程,通过可视化系统运维平台开发、自动化运维模式实现、系统性能指标分析预测等方法对N1-EAM系统运维提升进行研究。实施结果表明,鹰眼平台投入使用后,N1-EAM系统运维效率显著提高,运维成本大幅降低。EMS的设计思路可为其他大型信息系统的运维改进提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of high cost,low efficiency,and inability to provide support data,in the operation and maintenance process of the production management information system of China National Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.,(N1-EAM),combined with the design process of EAM Monitoring System(EMS),this paper studies the improvement of N1-EAM operation and maintenance through the development of the visual system operation and maintenance platform,the realization of the automatic operation and maintenance mode,and the analysis and prediction of the system performance indicators.The implementation results show that after the EMS is put into use,the operation and maintenance efficiency of N1-EAM is significantly improved,and the operation and maintenance cost is greatly reduced.The idea of EMS can provide reference for the operation and maintenance improvement of other large information systems.
