摘要
《ERP沙盘实训》课程是一门模拟企业经营对抗性的综合实训课程,由线下教学转为线上教学后,为达到与线下教学的同质等效,需要解决教学方式改变、线上实训场景搭建、考核内容多维实效评价、小组团队协同等问题。为此确定了采用高绩效教学理念,提出结合新的授课方式重构实训项目、多平台协同应用、项目实操讲练评相结合、考核设计等措施进行教学实施,获得了良好的教学效果。
“ERP sand table training”course is a business confrontation-type practical training course.When transformed from offline to online teaching,to achieve the same effect as offline teaching,it has to solve problems such as the change of teaching mode,online training scenarios,and multi-dimensional effectiveness evaluation of assessment content.For this purpose,(i)the concept of high performance teaching is determined,(Ⅱ)practical training is performed combining new teaching methods,multi-platform collaborative application,and lectures,exercises and evaluations,(iii)the assessment content is designed to be closely linked with multi-dimensional effectiveness evaluation;through these measures,the teaching practice achieves good effect.
