基于碳化反应提高古青砖防水性能的试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Improving Waterproofing Performance of Ancient Blue Brick Based on Carbonization Principle

摘要 采用甲基硅酸钠防水剂,以碳化反应为切入点,通过注入足量化学反应物CO_(2),对提升古青砖防水性能展开研究.结合碳化反应过程中甲基硅酸钠溶液的pH变化及砖体吸水率,进行CO_(2)注入节点测定试验.采用正交试验研究碳化因素对古青砖防水性能影响的强弱.结果表明:古青砖吸收甲基硅酸钠溶液达到饱和后为最合适的CO_(2)注入节点.以吸水率作为指标进行极差分析,发现CO_(2)浓度对古青砖防水性能影响最大,作用时长次之,甲基硅酸钠浓度影响最小,最优碳化方案为:20%CO_(2)浓度、4 h作用时长、5%甲基硅酸钠浓度,经水滴入渗试验验证,最优组合内部也产生了很好的防水效果,远超过未经碳化处理的砖体,电镜扫描发现碳化改性后的砖体孔隙明显减少. Using sodium methyl silicate waterproofing agent,taking carbonization reaction as the starting point,and by injecting enough chemical reactant CO_(2),the research on improving the waterproof performance of ancient blue bricks was carried out.Combined with the pH change of the sodium methyl silicate solution and the water absorption rate of the brick body during the carbonization reaction,the CO_(2)injection node measurement test was carried out.Orthogonal test was used to study the influence of carbonization factors on the waterproof performance of ancient blue bricks.The results show:When the ancient blue brick absorbs the sodium methyl silicate solution and reaches saturation,it is the most suitable CO_(2)injection node.Taking the water absorption rate as an index,the range analysis is carried out,and it is found that the CO_(2)concentration has the greatest influence on the waterproof performance of the ancient blue brick,the effect time is second,and the methyl sodium silicate concentration has the least effect.The optimal carbonization scheme is:20%CO_(2)concentration,4haction time,5%sodium methyl silicate concentration,It was verified by the water droplet infiltration test that the optimal combination also produced a good waterproof effect,far exceeding that of the brick body without carbonization treatment.Electron microscope scanning found that the pores of the brick body after carbonization modification were significantly reduced.
