摘要 以钨酸钠(Na_(2)WO_(4)·2H_(2)O)为原料,草酸铵[(NH_(4))_(2)C_(2)O_(4)·H_(2)O]为辅助剂,采用水热法在FTO导电玻璃上制备WO_(3)纳米块薄膜.在此基础上,以五水合硝酸铋为原料,乙醇和乙二醇为溶剂,采用水热法在WO_(3)薄膜上制备Bi_(2)O_(3).通过X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜等对薄膜材料进行表征,并对其光电性能进行测试.研究Bi_(2)O_(3)的含量对薄膜材料光电化学活性的影响,结果显示当Bi_(2)O_(3)含量为50%时WO_(3)/Bi_(2)O_(3)复合材料具有最好的光电化学活性. WO_(3)nanoblock films were prepared on FTO conductive glass by hydrothermal method with sodium tungstate(Na_(2)WO_(4)·H_(2)O)as raw material and ammonium oxalate[(NH_(4))_(2)C_(2)O_(4)·H_(2)O]as auxiliary agent.On this basis,Bi_(2)O_(3)was also prepared by hydrothermal method on FTO substrate with WO_(3)material,using bismuth nitrate pentahydrate as raw material,ethanol and glycol as solvent.The thin films were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.Electrochemical workstation was used to test the photoelectrochemical activity of the materials in detail.The results show that 50%WO_(3)/Bi_(2)O_(3)composite has higher photoelectrochemical activity.
