摘要
为了揭示运动拖鞋对疲劳前后步行时下肢运动学的影响以便科学地将运动拖鞋应用于疲劳恢复和休闲穿着等方面提供参考,募集了15名受试者,采用三维红外光点运动捕捉系统和三维测力平台同步采集运动学和动力学数据,通过重复测量的双因素方差分析确定运动拖鞋和疲劳对下肢关节运动学的影响.结果表明:穿着运动拖鞋步行时的下肢运动学特征主要体现在较小的髋关节活动范围、较大的踝背屈角度峰值、较大的踝跖屈角度峰值、较大的踝背屈角速度峰值等参数上.由此可得如下结论:运动拖鞋能影响步行时的部分运动学参数,同时提高下肢整体的做功能力,与疲劳因素造成的影响相反,提示这些运动学变化可能带来了更为优化的动作,对疲劳恢复起到一定的促进作用.
In order to reveal the effects of sports slippers on the sports biomechanics of the lower limbs during walking before and after fatigue,a reference for the more effective and scientific application of sports slippers in fatigue recovery and leisure wear is provided.In this paper,15 subjects were recruited to collect kinematic and kinetic data simultaneously using 3D infrared light spot motion capture system and 3D force measurement platform.The effects of exercise slippers and fatigue on lower limb joint kinematics and dynamics were determined by two-factor variance analysis with repeated measurements.The results show the kinematic characteristics of lower limbs in walking are smaller hip range of motion,larger ankle dorsiflexion Angle,large ankle plantar flexion Angle,large ankle dorsiflexion Angle velocity and other parameters.The following conclusion can be drawn frow the above:Exercise slippers can affect part of the kinematics and kinetic parameters during walking,and improve the overall working ability of the lower limbs.Contrary to the influence of fatigue factors,it is suggested that these changes in kinematics and dynamics may bring more optimized movements,or can play a certain role in promoting fatigue recovery.
