摘要 从缺陷情况、缺陷分析过程、缺陷处理结果等方面介绍了一起220 kV电流互感器接线板发热缺陷。首先,简要介绍了电流互感器接线板发热的缺陷情况。其次,从现场设备发热情况、发热部位表象特征、缺陷跟踪、接触电阻测试、发热部位应力情况等多方面进行分析。分析结果表明,导致电流互感器发热的主要原因是接线板和绝缘支板选型有误,绝缘支板左、右两半部分受力不均是诱发缺陷的另一个因素。最后,介绍了现场消缺方案,为相关领域解决类似问题提供了一定的参考依据。 A heating defect of 220 kV current transformer terminal block is introduced from the aspects of defect situation,defect analysis process and defect treatment results.First,the heating defect of current transformer wiring board is introduced briefly.Then,from the aspects of the heating situation of the field equipment,the appearance characteristics of heating parts,defect tracking,contact resistance test and stress situation of the heating parts,it is concluded that the main cause of the current transformer heating is the wrong selection of the wiring board and the insulation support board,and the uneven stress on the left and right half part of the insulating support board is another factor inducing the defect.Finally,the field defect elimination scheme is introduced,which provides a reference for solving similar problems in related fields.
