摘要
电力系统的"五防"是保证电力设备安全运行、确保设备和人身安全、防止误操作的重要措施。目前电力系统6 k V高压开关柜的"五防"系统中,防止带接地刀闸合断路器所采用的多为机械闭锁,一旦发生机械闭锁失灵、"非正规操作"的情况,将造成带接地刀闸合断路器的恶性事故。提出一种"五防"改进方案,即将高压开关柜接地刀闸辅助开关常闭接点加入到断路器工作位置合闸回路中,形成有效的电气闭锁。此方案可以从根本上杜绝带接地刀闸合断路器事故发生,从而给企业间接带来经济效益。
The"five preventions"of power system is an important measure to ensure the safe operation of power equipment,the safety of equipment and personnel,and the prevention of misoperation.At present,in the"five preventions"system of 6 kV high-voltage switch in power system,mechanical locking is mostly used to prevent the circuit breaker from closing with grounding switch.Once the mechanical locking fails and"irregular operation"occurs,it will lead to the malignant accident of closing the circuit breaker with grounding switch.An improved scheme of"five preventions"is proposed,that is,the normally closed contact of the auxiliary switch of the grounding switch in high-voltage switch cabinet is added into the closing circuit of the working position of the circuit breaker to form an effective electrical locking.This scheme can fundamentally prevent the accident of closing the circuit breaker with grounding switch,thus indirectly bringing economic benefits to the enterprise.
