摘要
习近平总书记在国有企业党的建设工作会议上指出,要坚持党对国有企业的领导不动摇。中国石化多次强调,要将中国石化打造成学习践行习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要阵地。加大走出去力度、增强国际化经营能力、增强风险防控与全球资源配置能力是中石化对境外工作的总部署、总要求。本文结合中石化中原石油工程有限公司海外工程公司的境外市场发展历程,就国有企业境外党建工作面临的主要问题,以及如何加强党建工作进行了探析,并提出针对性的策略与建议。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the Work Conference on Party Building in State-owned Enterprises that it is important to unswervingly uphold the Party’s leadership over state-owned enterprises.SINOPEC has repeatedly stressed the resolution to build itself into an important platform for studying and practicing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The overall arrangements and general requirements of SINOPEC for overseas operations are to increase efforts to go global,enhance international business capabilities,and shore up risk prevention and control and global resource allocation capabilities.Based on an analysis of the development history of SINOPEC Zhongyuan Petroleum Engineering in overseas markets,the paper probes into the main problems faced by state-owned enterprises in their efforts to carry out Party building in overseas operations and the ways to strengthen work in this regard,and offers specific strategies and suggestions.
