摘要
随着国有企业体制改革的不断深化,"十四五"时期,是企业高质量发展的重要机遇期,也是企业转型发展的重要"窗口期"。工会组织准确把握在新时期工作的新特点、职工队伍的新变化、维权服务的新要求,树立"企业一流、员工幸福"的工作目标。本文通过研究探讨国有企业强化工会阵地建设,站位履行职能第一线,筑牢建功立业阵地、温暖帮扶阵地、民主管理阵地、"职工之家"阵地,推动企业健康发展,引领职工健康生活,营造企业健康环境,促进企业高质量发展。
With the deepening of the system reform of state-owned enterprises,the 14th Five-year Plan period is an important period of strategic opportunity for high-quality development of enterprises,as well as an important window of opportunity for transformation and development.It is important to accurately grasp the new characteristics of trade union work,the new changes in the workforce and the new requirements of rights protection service in the new era,and set up the goal of“building first-class enterprises and improving the wellbeing of employees”.The paper discusses the need for state-owned enterprises to strengthen the building of trade unions into frontline platforms that focus on making contributions,providing warm assistance,practicing democratic management,and serving as the“home of workers”,in a bid to promote the healthy development of the enterprise,guide the staff to develop a healthy lifestyle,create a healthy environment for the enterprise,and promote the high-quality development of the enterprise.
