无机酸掺杂对Pd/PANI纳米复合材料的结构和导电率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以PdCl2为金属前驱体,苯胺为单体,在避光条件下液相合成了不同无机酸(HCl、H2SO4与H3PO4)掺杂的Pd/PANI(聚苯胺)纳米复合材料。用XRD、FESEM、FT-IR和UV-Vis等技术对样品进行了表征,并采用四探针法对其导电性能进行了测试。结果表明,3种酸掺杂制备的Pd/PANI纳米复合材料不但形貌各异,导电性也有较大差异;通过比较发现,HCl掺杂的复合材料的电导率最佳,为7.8S/cm。 Palladium(Pd)/polyaniline(PANI)nanocomposites doped with hydrochloric acid(HCl),sulfuric acid(H2SO4)and phosphoric acid(H3PO4),respectively,were synthesized in the liquid phase under the dark conditions using aniline as monomer and palladium chloride(PdCl2)as the palladium precursor.The samples were characterized by XRD,FESEM,FT-IR spectroscopy and UV-visible spectroscopy.The conductivity of Pd/PANI was measured with the four-probe method.The results show that both the morphology and the conductivity of Pd/PANI nanocomposites doped with different inorganic acids were different.Compared with the Pd/PANI synthesized by the other two acids,Pd/PANI doped with HCl exhibited the more outstanding conductivity,achieving 7.8 S/cm.
