摘要
紫胶是唯一的动物树脂,具有粘着力强、绝缘性良好、耐油耐酸等优良性能,广泛应用于国防、医药、食品等行业。紫胶生产过程中会产生含水溶性蛋白、糖、无机盐、色素等复杂成分的有机废水,废水有毒有害,难降解,产量大而分散,不经处理直接排放会严重污染环境。介绍了沉降法、热聚沉法、电解絮凝法、紫外线-芬顿(UV-Fenton)光催化法、羟基氧化法、生物法等紫胶废水处理方法的研究现状,并总结了这些方法的优缺点。针对紫胶废水有毒、高盐、浓度高、固体悬浮物含量高的特点,指出化学氧化法与生物氧化法的组合技术具有广阔的应用前景。
Lac is the only animal resin with excellent adhesion,good insulation,oil and acid resistance and other good properties,widely used in defense,medicine,food and other industries.In the production process of shellac,organic wastewater containing water-soluble proteins,sugars,inorganic salts,pigments and other complex components is produced.The wastewater is toxic and harmful,difficult to degrade,and the output is large and scattered.Direct discharge without treatment will seriously pollute the environment.The research status of sedimentation,thermal sedimentation,electrolytic flocculation,UV-Fenton,electro-catalytic oxidation,biological in the treatment of lac wastewater was mainly introduced,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.Aiming at the characteristics of toxic,high salt,high concentration and high SS content of shellac wastewater,it was pointed out that the combination technology of chemical oxidation method and biological oxidation method had broad application prospects.
