核磁共振氢谱用于环氧树脂固化过程中促进剂效果的研究

摘要 采用1 H-NMR内标的方法分别对2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚(DMP-30)、三乙胺(TEA)、三乙醇胺(TEOA)和苯甲醇(BA)在4,4′-二氨基二环己基甲烷-环氧树脂(HMDA-E51)体系中的促进效果进行了表征。结果表明,对于HMDA-E51体系,5%以上的DMP-30促进效果较佳,同浓度下促进效果TEOA>DMP-30>TEA。而对于苯甲醇(BA),30%~50%浓度区间内,浓度越高促进效果越明显。 Effects of 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol,triethylamine,triethanolamine,benzyl alcohol for curing process in the 4,4′-diaminodicyclohexylmethane-epoxy resin system were characterized by 1 H-NMR with the internal standard method.The results showed that the accelerating effect would be better when the content of DMP-30 was higher than 5%(w/w%).And in the same concentration,the accelerating effect of DMP-30 was better than TEA,but worse than that of TEOA.To BA,the accelerating effect would be better if its content was higher when the content was between 30%and 50%.
