摘要
自修复水凝胶因具有损伤和疲劳的自修复性、良好的生物相容性等优良性质而被广泛应用于医疗领域。从动态可逆共价键和非共价相互作用2个方面介绍了自修复水凝胶的修复机理,综述了自修复水凝胶在药物缓释、伤口敷料、组织工程、电子皮肤等方面的应用研究进展,最后展望了自修复水凝胶在医疗领域的发展方向。
Self-repairing hydrogels are widely used in the medical field because of their excellent properties such as self-healing properties for damage and fatigue,and good biocompatibility.The repair mechanism of the hydrogels was briefly described in two directions:dynamic reversible covalent bonding and non-covalent interactions.The current status of the application and research of the hydrogels in four directions,such as drug retardation,dressing,tissue engineering,and electronic skin,were also systematically introduced.Finally,the development direction of the hydrogels in the medical field was foreseen.
